Warranty & Spare Parts

We offer a 2 year warrants on all of our engines. During this period we will provide the customer with spare parts that need to be replaced due to failure, not including normal wear and tear.  After we receive a claim from a customer our technical staff will determine what exactly happened and determine the cause of the damages, if the damages were cause by our fault we will replace the part by sending a new one to the customer. We will fully cooperate with the customer to get his problem resolved because customer service and customer satisfaction is very important to us.
